HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound)

HIFU is one of the latest technologies that uses the power of ultrasound to safely lift and tighten the skin. The ultrasound will be focused below the skin’s surface to trigger cellular friction and precise target-point heating. This thermal heat will be created only within the skin tissue at the targeted point, leaving the skin’s surface and intervening tissue unaffected. The tissue at the target point will be heated up to ~65°C, creating both spaced ‘wounds’ and cellular friction, which in turn immediately promotes healing, contracting collagen. With the advantage of three depth cartridges (1.5mm, 3mm and 4.5mm), HIFU has the capability of penetrating the skin to the depths that was only possible with a surgical face-lift.

Interestingly, around 90-180 days after the treatment ends, the wound-healing response stimulates the production of long-term tissue and leads to further lifting and tightening, with results that can last for years. It is a MUST and the ONLY treatment option, with a specific intent for improvement of lines and wrinkles in the face and décolleté.

HIFU is truly a remarkable breakthrough in technology, by being a Non-invasive (No need for anaesthesia or sedation ) alternative to Surgical Face-lifts. Moreover, being a painless, safe, effective, and low cost technique, this method is suitable for everyone.

What results can be achieved by HIFU?

  • Look 4 – 8 years younger with one treatment
  • Improves & tightens sagging skin
  • Wrinkle reduction
  • Acne reduction
  • Skin rejuvenation

From when and for how long will we see the results?

Some results will be seen immediately post treatment. However, optimum results are expected in three to six months. Moreover, depending on the individuals respond to treatment, results will stay from 18 months to two

How long is the skin treatment with HIFU?

Each session depends on the treatment area, but we advise around 30 minutes per area. Your treatment will be personalized to your individual requirements, which will be discussed in your pre-treatment consultation. Additional time will be required if you require more areas. .
